Booking:
– We would encourage our guests/agents to make their bookings in advance for events and Tour Groups for at least three (3) to four (4) months.
Payments:
– We would prefer our guests/agents to pay us a booking fee of 30% of the cost for the Events/Tour Groups (30 pax and above) in advance.
– Booking made 2 months in advance is required to pay 50% of the total cost.
– Bookings made 1 month in advance are required to make payment in full for the total amount.
Cancellation & Refund:
– For Events/Tour Groups a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from our administrative cost for cancellations done before one (1) month of the Visit/Events.
– We prefer and encourage you not to make any cancellations on bookings made just one month before the Events/Tour Visit. In such circumstances, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate any request for either a refund or a replacement date.
Reschedule:
– Bookings made more than 6 months before the Event/Visit can be re-scheduled provided availability of the date. A 15% administrative fee will be imposed.
– Booking made three (3) to six (6) months for the events/tour groups are allowed to re-schedule provided availability of date and function hall. A 20% administrative fee will be imposed.
– We would like to bring to your Kind Notice that, any booking made before one (1) month, or short notice, any re-scheduling will not be entertained.
Dress Code (Adults):
– Dress Code: Slippers, Torn Jeans, Round-collar T-shirts, and Shorts, Short Skirts, Sleeveless Blouse are not allowed.
– Western Dining Dress code: Smart Office Wear
– Additional items, such as Ala Carte, Beer, Liquor, and Juice can be bought on your own.
– No Smoking allowed in the building
